Love motorcycles? ICON Motosports, located in Portland, Oregon, is looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. We seek an individual who will provide support in multiple marketing lanes with an emphasis on social platforms to manage communities with professionalism and accuracy. A successful Marketing Specialist will demonstrate competencies in essential marketing functions and be willing to learn new disciplines within the channel. Additional areas of support that the Marketing Specialist will participate in will include; digital campaigns, event planning, and customer service.

Responsibilities for Marketing Specialist

• Support in implementing and tracking marketing programs such as email, social media, and events.
• Assist in the building of social media strategy.
• Ownership of social community management.
• Assist in event coordination and planning.
• Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g., design, cx, sales, operations) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Write, proofread, and edit creative content.

Qualifications for Marketing Specialist

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing.
• Strong knowledge of all current social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, FB, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk), and content management systems (Sprout Social).
• A solid understanding of the best SEO practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel as necessary.
• A passion for motorcycles.
